Meatballs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
  • 2 make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).
  • 3 in skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil.
  • 4 pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.
  • 5 thicken with cornstarch and water.
  • 6 serve over buttered noodles.
  • 7 enjoy!
