Ingredients

- 1 lb ground round
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 mix together; ground beef, garlic, minced onion, milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
- 2 make into balls (about the size of a ping-pong ball).
- 3 in skillet brown meatballs in vegtable oil.
- 4 pour in can of beef broth and simmer 20 minutes.
- 5 thicken with cornstarch and water.
- 6 serve over buttered noodles.
