Meatballs

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1/8 liter fine dry breadcrumbs or 2 slices bread
  • 1/8 liter cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice or 1/4 to taste pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 liter pan juices

Recipe

  • 1 mix breadcrumbs with water and cream in a bowl.
