Ingredients

- 500 g minced beef
- 1/8 liter fine dry breadcrumbs or 2 slices bread
- 1/8 liter cream
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice or 1/4 to taste pepper
- 2 tablespoons fat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 liter pan juices
Recipe
- 1 mix breadcrumbs with water and cream in a bowl.
- 2 let stand for a while.
- 3 finely chop the onion and sauté in oil in a frying pan or microwave oven.
