Meatballs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 slice whole wheat bread
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 large egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 grind the bread in a food processor until fine crumbs form. transfer to a large bowl, and pour milk over crumbs.
  • 3 add hamburger and egg to bowl with bread crumbs.
  • 4 combine mixture with hands until well mixed.
  • 5 make meatballs into whatever size desired.
  • 6 mix ketchup, worcestershire, and hot sauce together to make glaze and apply to tops of meatballs.
  • 7 bake until cooked through 30-45mins depending on size of meatballs.
