Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 5 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven 375, grease 8 cups of muffin tin.
- 2 saute ground beef with italian seasoning, add mushrooms.
- 3 push wonton wrapper into bottom of each tin.
- 4 spoon in half of : ricotta, meat mixture, sauce, mozz and parmesan.
- 5 press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering steps.
- 6 bake 18-20 mins.
- 7 cool 5 mins.
