Muffin Tin Lasagna 2

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 5 ounces mushrooms, chopped
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 4 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven 375, grease 8 cups of muffin tin.
  • 2 saute ground beef with italian seasoning, add mushrooms.
  • 3 push wonton wrapper into bottom of each tin.
  • 4 spoon in half of : ricotta, meat mixture, sauce, mozz and parmesan.
  • 5 press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering steps.
  • 6 bake 18-20 mins.
  • 7 cool 5 mins.
