Muffin Tin Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon finely chopped green pepper
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1/2 cup saltine (crushed)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven 375 degrees.
• 2 combine all ingredients.
• 3 shape into balls and put into muffin tins.
• 4 bake for 15-20 minutes.
