Ingredients

- 5 slices cooked bacon, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 (28 ounce) can lamb and beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown onion in same skillet used to cook bacon, over medium-high heat about 5 to 6 minutes. add ground beef and cook until browned. drain off excess grease.
- 2 add rest of ingredients except bacon. reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until it tastes real gooooooood!
- 3 crumble bacon over the top before serving.
