Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (2 -3 lb) chuck roast
- 4 potatoes, cut up
- 15 fresh baby carrots
- 2 stalks celery, cut up
- 1 onion and mushroom soup mix, envelope
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon flour
Recipe
- 1 put the flour into a plastic oven roasting bag & shake to coat the inside of the bag. place bag on large pan. place meat in the center of the bag and surround with veggies. mix together catsup, water & soup mix. pour over the meat. close bag with twist tie. make 6 1/2" slits in the top of bag. cook at 325 for 2 hours or until tender.
