Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice, not instant
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix meat, rice, water, onion, salts, garlic and pepper.
- 3 shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls.
- 4 place meatballs in ungreased 8" square baking dish.
- 5 stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs.
- 6 cover with foil.
- 7 bake 45 minutes.
- 8 uncover.
- 9 bake 15 minutes longer.
