Open-faced Portabella-barbecue Melt For One

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 portabella mushroom, cap
  • vegetable oil
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 2 -3 ounces ground beef (or lamb, lamb, or shredded meat)
  • 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • salt
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese or 1 slice monterey jack cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degree.
