- 1 egg

- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 cups whole mushrooms
- 1 cup pearl onion

- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 remove stems from mushrooms.
- 3 peel outer layer from pearl onions.
- 4 rub the meat with the dry soup mix.
- 5 place in a covered roasting pan.
- 6 add mushroom soup, wine, mushrooms and onions.
- 7 bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
- 8 serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.

- 1 loaf italian bread
- 6 meatballs (this is relative to the size of your meatballs)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- parmesan cheese
- red pepper flakes

- 1 cut the loaf of bread in half and scoop out the center so you have a semi-hollow shell of bread. we don't want to slice it length-wise, just in half.
- 2 heat your meatballs and sauce and divide between the two halves. sprinkle with cheese and red pepper flakes and if you want you can stuff the bread back into the cut ends of the loaf.
