Easy Vidalia Onions

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 medium vidalia onions, whole
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
Recipe
- 1 peel onions leave whole.
- 2 cut a core in the center of the onion just large enough to fit a boullion cube.
- 3 place onions in a tin foil pan with cored end up.
- 4 place boullion cube in each onion.
- 5 fill pan with water about half way up on onions.
- 6 cover with foil.
- 7 place on grill for 30-45 minutes depending on how soft you like onions.
- 8 can be cooked in regular oven at 350.
