Moms Meatballs

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 speck nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup pepperidge farm stuffing
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons grated onions
  • 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
  • 2 1/2 ounces water

Recipe

  • 1 mix meat seasonings, bread. crumbs,owater and onion.
  • 2 form into 24 small balls, roll in flour.
  • 3 brown in hot fat.
