Momeo's Beanless Spicy Chili

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 lb chopped andouille sausage
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (no more)

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground chuck and onions in a large pan.
  • 2 in a separate pot, heat all tomato goods, garlic, andoullie, chili powder, pepper flake, black pepper, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, and cinnamon to a boil.
  • 3 add cooked ground chuck and onion to pot with tomato mixture.
  • 4 boil on low/medium until thick and some water is cooked out about 1 hour.
