Olive Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive juice (green)
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, not drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
Recipe
- 1 cook egg noodles according to package directions, set aside.
- 2 brown ground beef and green pepper in olive oil.
- 3 grate together cheese, onion and garlic.
- 4 combine with meat and olives.
- 5 add olive liquid, cooked noodles, corn and tomatoes.
- 6 mix and pour into 13x9x2 casserole dish.
- 7 cover with foil.
- 8 bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
