Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, split
Recipe
- 1 mix together the beef, egg yolk, onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. mix lightly, using your hands. shape into 6 patties.
- 2 grill to desired doneness. top with cheese.
- 3 serve in hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
