- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can canned crushed tomatoes (or 1 lb. can)
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 5 cups cottage cheese
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16 ounce) box lasagna noodles

- 2 brown ground beef; drain the fat.
- 3 add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

- 5 mix all ingredients except mozzarella cheese together and refrigerate.

- 7 boil noodles and drain well.
- 8 1 layer of noodles in pan.
- 9 spread 1/2 of cheese mixture on top of noodles.
- 10 spread 1/3 of mozzarella cheese on top of cheese mixture.
- 11 spread 1/2 of meat mixture on top of mozzarella cheese.
- 12 repeat layers once more and then top with mozzarella cheese.
- 13 bake at 375°f for 30-45 minutes.
