Mustard Sauce For Corned Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 125 ml water (in which corn beef has been boiled)
  • 125 ml vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix the egg, mustard and sugar together.
  • 2 add the vinegar and beef liquor.
  • 3 heat gently without boiling.
  • 4 serve hot or cold with hot or cold corned beef.
