Quick Mushroom Sauce For Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms, reserve liquid
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 4 drops kitchen bouquet
Recipe
- 1 in medium skillet, heat mushrooms in oil.
- 2 stir in flour.
- 3 cook over low heat stirring until mixture is bubbly.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 add enough water to reserved mushroom liquid to measure 1 cup.
- 6 stir into mushroom mixture with bouillon cube.
- 7 heat to boiling; stirring constantly.
- 8 boil and stir 1 minute.
- 9 stir in kitchen bouquet.
