Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 5 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 i start with a 4-5 pound corned beef brisket.
- 2 boil slowly for 4 1/2 hours.
- 3 take out and put in a 9x13 pan.
- 4 combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and bring to a boil.
- 5 put the sauce on top of the brisket and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
- 6 cut and serve.
