Jan's Corned Beef Sauce

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 i start with a 4-5 pound corned beef brisket.
  • 2 boil slowly for 4 1/2 hours.
  • 3 take out and put in a 9x13 pan.
  • 4 combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • 5 put the sauce on top of the brisket and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
  • 6 cut and serve.
