• 1 1/2 kg beef brisket
• 1 cup coca-cola
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons ketchup
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 60 ml honey

Recipe

• 1 liquidise sauce ingredients. pour over brisket and marinade for about 3 hours. bake in covered pan at 300f for 4 hours.
