- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (16 ounce) cans taco sauce (mild or hot)
- 1 (8 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- lettuce, chopped
- tomato, chopped
- longhorn cheese, grated
- taco shell
Recipe
- 1 brown first 3 ingredients. add sauces and simmer 15 minutes. assemble tacos as you desire!
