Pineapple Barbecued Meatballs

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (75 count) bag frozen meatballs
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar apricot preserves
  • 1 (20 ounce) can drained pineapple chunks (less if desired)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 (16 ounce) bottles barbecue sauce (jack daniels)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together leaving meatballs frozen.
  • 2 cook slowly over low heat til meatballs thaw, and heat through.
  • 3 serve hot.
