Mom's Best Bite-size Meatballs

Total Time: 36 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chicken stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle kraft barbecue sauce (or sauce of your choice)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 line 2 (15 x 10 x 1-inch) pans with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  • 3 mix meat, stuffing mix, water and eggs until blended.
  • 4 shape into 50 (1-1/2 inch) meatballs, place in prepared pans.
