Quick Vegetable Beef Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (10 ounces)
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain.
  • 2 add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  • 3 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
