- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs, moistened with
- milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 garlic clove, chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients all together.
- 2 form into 1-inch balls.
- 3 sauté until brown in 2 t oil over medium heat.
