Mike's Mom's Meatballs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
• 2 combine ingredients in a large bowl.
• 3 form into meatballs, about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter (they will shrink a little while cooking).
• 4 place meatballs on a roasting pan.
• 5 add water to the roasting pan.
• 6 bake at 400 for 15 minutes (adjust cooking times according to size of meatballs).
• 7 turn meatballs over and bake additional 15 minutes or until done.
