Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons hungarian paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 dash red cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 brown the beef in a small amount of oil. stir in next 9 ingredients. simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender. blend in flour and remaining 1/4 cup water and stir into sauce. cook until thickened.
