Hungarian Goulash

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 lbs beef chuck, cut in 1 inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 cups sliced onions
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 roll beef cubes in flour.
  • 2 heat oil in dutch oven and brown beef on all sides.
  • 3 add onions, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
  • 4 cover and cook over low heat for 1/ 1/2 hours or until tender.
