- 3 lbs beef chuck, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 cups sliced onions
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
Recipe
- 1 roll beef cubes in flour.
- 2 heat oil in dutch oven and brown beef on all sides.
- 3 add onions, paprika, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
- 4 cover and cook over low heat for 1/ 1/2 hours or until tender.
