Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 stick saltine crackers
- parsley
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 crush crackers until almost fine. wet with a tiny bit of water .
- 2 add in meat, cheese, and eggs. then add two handfuls of chopped extremely small parsley, and enough black pepper to taste.mix with hand.
- 3 make into 20 balls.
- 4 add evoo to a pan, and add the meatballs. fry.
- 5 put in sauce or serve!
