Mommys Meatballs

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 stick saltine crackers
  • parsley
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 crush crackers until almost fine. wet with a tiny bit of water .
  • 2 add in meat, cheese, and eggs. then add two handfuls of chopped extremely small parsley, and enough black pepper to taste.mix with hand.
  • 3 make into 20 balls.
  • 4 add evoo to a pan, and add the meatballs. fry.
  • 5 put in sauce or serve!
