Palt -- Paltakademien

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 6 potatoes, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 lb mixed ground beef or 1/2 lb ground sausage

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except ground meat.
  • 2 i use ground beef & ground sausage together.
  • 3 you can use any type of ground meat mixture you want.
  • 4 make balls of ground meat.
  • 5 take piece of dough and make round circle.
  • 6 place meat inside and close up on all sides until round ball.
  • 7 lower the meatballs into the salted boiling water.
  • 8 boil for about 50 minutes.
  • 9 serve with butter and lingonberry preserves.
