Ingredients
- 3 lbs rump roast, sliced thinly
- 3 potatoes, sliced
- 3 onions, sliced
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 2 cups beef stock
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 layer a 3 quart casserole dish:.
- 2 sliced potatoes, then onions, then carrots, then beef, add salt and pepper.
- 3 repeat layers.
- 4 pour stock over the layers just until covered.
- 5 put in 300f oven for 2 hours.
- 6 serve as is with crusty bread.
