Hodgson Mill Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup hodgson mill unprocessed wheat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 ketchup

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients except mustard and ketchup,.
  • 2 place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. shape into loaf.
  • 3 mix mustard and ketchup; spread evenly on top of loaf.
  • 4 bake in 350*f oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
