Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup hodgson mill unprocessed wheat bran
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/3 ketchup
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients except mustard and ketchup,.
- 2 place in 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. shape into loaf.
- 3 mix mustard and ketchup; spread evenly on top of loaf.
- 4 bake in 350*f oven 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
