Mike's Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
• 1 tablespoon parsley
• 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 combine all ingredients into mixing bowl. using a tablespoon, spoon out a meatball, shape and place in greased baking pan. once all meatballs are placed, cook in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until done. then i drop into a pot of homemade spaghetti sauce and serve over farfalle pasta.
