Ingredients
- 346 g beef liver
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
- 2 meanwhile mix together salt and flour.
- 3 slice liver into large strips. dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.
- 4 heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink. aprx 3 mins per side.
