Just Liver

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 346 g beef liver
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 pour milk over liver and set aside for at least 15 minutes.
  • 2 meanwhile mix together salt and flour.
  • 3 slice liver into large strips. dredge in flour mixture and discard milk.
  • 4 heat oil over medium heat in a large frying pan. cook liver until browned and the center is just slightly pink. aprx 3 mins per side.
