Mini-meatballs

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 slice bread (thick slice)
- 1 egg
- 1/2-2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
Recipe
- 1 soak bread in milk.
- 2 squish into pieces.
- 3 add meat, egg and spices.
- 4 mix thoroughly.
- 5 form into small balls.
- 6 brown gently on all sides in skillet lightly greased with oil.
- 7 put balls in oven proof dish.
- 8 add soup and 3/4 can water to skillet juices.
- 9 mix and simmer slightly.
- 10 pour over meatballs.
- 11 heat, covered, in a 325 oven approzimately 45-60 minutes.
