Pinto And Black Bean Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 puree all ingredients.
  • 2 cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  • 3 also can be cooked in a crockpot.
  • 4 serve with flour tortillas.
