Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 lb ground beef
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450.
- 2 in a large bowl, combine soy sauce, water, minced garlic and ginger.
- 3 add ground beef and mix lightly, but thoroughly.
- 4 form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- 5 arrange on a lightly oiled baking dish.
- 6 bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
