Ingredients

• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 3/4 cup swiss cheese, grated
• 1/3 cup sliced green onion
• salt and pepper
• 1 9in unbaked pie shell

Recipe

• 1 brown meat in a medium skillet and set aside.
• 2 blend mayo, milk, eggs, and flour until smooth.
• 3 stir in meat, cheese, onion, salt and pepper.
• 4 put mixture into unbaked pie shell.
• 5 bake at 350°f for 35-40 minutes.
• 6 leftovers freeze well.
