Meat & Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt & pepper
- 2 1/2 cups frozen green beans, defrosted and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 5 medium potatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 in large skillet, saute onions in a little oil.
- 3 add ground beef and salt and pepper to taste and brown the beef.
- 4 add drained beans and tomato soup.
- 5 pour into 9x13 baking dish.
- 6 while beef is browning, boil and mash the potatoes with milk, egg, salt & pepper.
- 7 make small piles on top of meat mixture.
- 8 bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
