Oven Baked Schnitzel

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 beef schnitzel
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 1 -2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups grated cheese (i used edam cheese)
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place pieces of schnitzel in a greased baking dish so that the meat covers the entire area.
  • 2 spread over tomato paste evenly.
  • 3 sprinkle over the chopped onion.
  • 4 season with salt & pepper.
  • 5 cover with grated cheese.
  • 6 bake for 30mins at 350'f/180'c.
