- 5 lbs corned beef
- 2 (12 ounce) bottles honey mustard (billy bee is the best)
Recipe
- 1 boil corned beef for one hour.
- 2 dump out water and replace with fresh water. boil again for as many hours as possible. the longer you boil it the softer it will be.
- 3 take out of water and place in baking dish. cool.
- 4 cover with honey mustard and bake until heated through.
