Italian Beef

Total Time: 3 hrs 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
  • 5 whole bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
  • pepperoncini pepper, to taste (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 add roast to pan.
  • 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3 add water so there is 3-4 inches in pan (this helps keep moist).
  • 4 cook at 400°.
