- 3 -4 lbs chuck roast
- 5 whole bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- pepperoncini pepper, to taste (optional)
Recipe
- 1 add roast to pan.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 add water so there is 3-4 inches in pan (this helps keep moist).
- 4 cook at 400°.
