- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crushed gingerroot
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/4 teaspoon msg (optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and mix well. form 20 balls.
- 2 bake at 375 for 35 minutes or broil until brown.
- 3 serve hot.
