Make-ahead Meatballs

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, blend together the beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup water, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 2 roll by rounded 1 tablespoon into balls.
  • 3 bake on a foil-lined baking sheet in a 375 degree f oven until meat thermometer inserted into several reads 160 degrees f, about 12 minutes.
