Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, blend together the beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup water, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 2 roll by rounded 1 tablespoon into balls.
- 3 bake on a foil-lined baking sheet in a 375 degree f oven until meat thermometer inserted into several reads 160 degrees f, about 12 minutes.
