Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all together in a zip-lock bag.
- 2 add beef, lamb, chicken or fish.
- 3 marinate at least 4 hours.
- 4 overnight gives most flavor.
