Pasta Pizza

Ingredients
- 5 ounces dried rotini pasta (2 cups)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups chunky ragu garden combination tomato sauce
Recipe
- 1 cook rotini according to package directions. drain; rinse with cold water. drain well.
- 2 for pasta crust, in a large bowl combine egg, milk, and parmesan cheese. stir in drained rotini. spread rotini mixture evenly in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 3 meanwhile, in a large skillet cook ground beef until brown. drain. stir in pasta sauce. spoon meat mixture over baked rotini crust. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- 4 bake in the 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes more until heated through and cheese is melted. to serve, cut into wedges.
