Bloody Mary Mix

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 15 lbs tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons canning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy. cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill. bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients. carefully fill canning jars with hot juice. jars will seal as the juice cools.
