Bloody Mary Mix

Ingredients
- 15 lbs tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons celery salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 3 teaspoons canning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 beef bouillon cubes or 1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
Recipe
- 1 cut tomatoes into quarters (no need to peel) and cook until mushy. cool down then run through blender and then through a food mill. bring juice to a boil and add the other ingredients. carefully fill canning jars with hot juice. jars will seal as the juice cools.
