Mitch's Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 16 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 8 ounces medium salsa or 16 ounces mild salsa
  • 8 ounces shredded mexican blend cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 15 1/2 ounces tortilla chips, tostitos scoops

Recipe

  • 1 brown the beef in a large pan.
  • 2 salt & pepper to taste & add seasoning salt.
  • 3 drain the beef, place on a plate & set aside to be used later.
  • 4 cut the velveeta into chunks & add it to the pan, stir until melted.
  • 5 add the beef back in; stir in salsa, sour cream & shredded cheese until well blended.
  • 6 serve with tortilla chips.
