Mitch's Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 16 ounces velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces medium salsa or 16 ounces mild salsa
- 8 ounces shredded mexican blend cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 15 1/2 ounces tortilla chips, tostitos scoops
Recipe
- 1 brown the beef in a large pan.
- 2 salt & pepper to taste & add seasoning salt.
- 3 drain the beef, place on a plate & set aside to be used later.
- 4 cut the velveeta into chunks & add it to the pan, stir until melted.
- 5 add the beef back in; stir in salsa, sour cream & shredded cheese until well blended.
- 6 serve with tortilla chips.
