Mum's Rissoles

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g mincemeat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • pepper, to taste
  • breadcrumbs (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together with your hands.
  • 2 if the mix is too wet add breadcrumbs.
  • 3 roll into small balls (about the size of golfballs) and flatten slightly.
  • 4 place small amount of oil in a frypan on medium heat.
  • 5 fry until brown and firm.
