Jack's Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 3/4 cup quick oatmeal
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 dash ground black pepper
• 1/2 cup chopped onions or 3 tablespoons dry minced onions
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

• 1 grease a 3" x 9" loafpan w/ margarine, mix all ingredients well, in a bowl, & form in a loaf in the pan. bake @ 350' for 1 hour.
• 2 can make an optional sauce for the top = 1/4 c ketchup, 1 tsp onion powder & 1 tsp of prepared dijon or yellow mustard. spoon on top and sprinkle a few minced onion flakes on top before baking.
